The goal of the game is to draw cards totalling 21
or closer to 21 than those held by the dealer.

In adding up the total value of your
hand, the King, Queen and Jack all
count as 10.
The ace counts as either one or eleven
and all the other cards count at their
face value.

If your have an ace and ten-count card,
you have a "BLACKJACK", a natural 21 total.
You will be paid 3 to 2 unless the dealer also
has a "BLACKJACK".
